Before we leave I thought I'd give a quick update on what we've been up to. We tried to make it outside whenever weather would permit. So here's our last week in pictures.

Have fun in Switzerland! How exciting is that! You asked about potstickers--I buy the skins, and the filling is just ground pork with Chinese (Napa) cabbage chopped up, salt, pepper, a little ginger, garlic, and maybe some soy sauce. :-)
